COVID-19 Protocols

With many of the changes impacted by Covid-19 this 2020 season, Niagara’s wineries, cideries, breweries and distilleries have reduced capacity and space throughout their properties to adhere to Provincial protocol requirements.

Our 2020 season begins with reduced capacity with all of our tours and limited space, availability and reduced capacity at all the wineries, this means:

Our own capacity for hosting guests in wine country is thereby affected and reduced also. We have crafted and adjusted our MOST popular tours to accommodate these new protocols and requirements. Our new tour formats will give guests a more luxurious approach to wine touring with us! Allowing for a more personal, focused, experience in the wineries; guests will enjoy more time to visit with their own group and tour guide on patios savouring wines by the glass and learning more about wine country from our knowledgeable, local tour guide hosts.

Niagara on the Lake won’t have large bus groups visiting, tasting rooms and wineries won’t be filled with bustling crowds of people or line ups to purchase wine. These changes will allow our team to provide a superior customer experience overall!!
